Kishkindha University hosted its first ever placement drive in collaboration with Alldigi Tech, marking a major step toward bridging academics and industry.
The recruitment process consisted of two rounds:
1️⃣ Group Discussion (GD) – where students showcased their communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
2️⃣ Personal Interview – focused on individual potential, technical knowledge, and personality fit.
This drive wasn’t just about jobs — it was about confidence, opportunity, and the beginning of professional journeys.
